Initial Payment
To begin the hiring process, we request an initial non-refundable advance payment based on the package you select:

- ₹15,000
Please note: This is not an additional or registration fee. It is part of your first month’s advance payment and will be adjusted in your total.
This step ensures that we allocate verified resources specifically for your family.
Step 3
Background Checks & Profile Sharing
Once the payment is made, our team begins the internal process:
- Care Check Screening: Identity and address verification
- Criminal Record Search
- Reference Checks
- Experience Validation
After this thorough vetting, we share selected nanny profiles that best match your requirements.
Step 4
Interaction with the Nanny
You will have the opportunity to connect with the shortlisted nanny through a voice or video call. This gives you the chance to ask questions discuss expectations and get a feel for the nanny’s personality.
Step 5
Free Trial
We believe in building trust from the very first interaction. That’s why the first day is always free. This trial gives you the opportunity to observe the nanny’s interaction with your child and see if she’s the right fit.
For parents who want more time, we also offer an extended one-week paid trial before finalizing.

Nanny Joins Your Family
Once you are satisfied with the trial, the nanny joins your family as per the chosen package. Our support team remains available for any assistance or replacements, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and peace of mind.
